For me, it was the first ever ‘sung-thru’ movie and I really enjoyed it. The lack of spoken dialogues was annoying at first but as the movie progressed I started enjoying it. The solid story was accompanied by an ensemble cast which left no stone unturned to please the audience and keep them interested throughout the movie. And I think there are very few 3 hour movies that can keep the audience engaged for that long. The live singing was simply marvelous.
