Heat(1995)

It was Robert De Niro against Al Pacino and it was awesome. Very few movies have the capability to keep the viewer engaged for three hours. This was one of them. The movie explores the lives of a gangster and a cop with great detail. The cast was just perfect. With no doubt, Pacino and DeNiro are one of the greatest crime drama actors of all time.

It’s absolutely impossible to create a three hour movie without a good screenplay. And it is impossible to bring a great screenplay to the screen without an equally great direction and cinematography. This movie did well in all the three aspects. It was able to create a perfect balance between action and drama.

The movie will keep you rivetted all the way through.  The cafe scene is one of those that you will want to see again and again. And since it is a three hour movie so don’t forget to keep some snacks and water at your side.

IMDb-“A group of professional bank robbers start to feel the heat from police when they unknowingly leave a clue at their latest heist.”
